Creamy Chicken & Pasta Bake

What You Need

cups multigrain rotini pasta, uncooked

cups small broccoli florets

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2

cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min.

MEANWHILE, heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 min. or until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Stir in broth; simmer 3 min. or until chicken is done. Add Neufchatel; cook and stir on low heat 1 min. or until melted. Stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella.

DRAIN pasta and broccoli. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish; cover.

BAKE 15 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake, uncovered, 3 min. or until melted. Let stand 5 min.

Add 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves to skillet along with the chicken.

Substitute

Substitute 2-qt. casserole dish for the square baking dish.

How to Safely Handle Raw Chicken

Always wash hands, preparation surfaces and utensils in hot, soapy water before and after contact with raw chicken. Dry hands and surfaces with a clean towel or paper towels. Take special care in washing worn cutting boards as there may be hard-to-clean grooves or cracks that can collect bacteria.

Great main dish, and nutrious as well. I modified recipe only with a bit of garlic salt. Will definitely make again and recommend to friends and family.

This was a good recipe. i didnt put enough mozzerela cheese as directed but it still taste good. Next time i make it , i'll definetely be aware.

This is delish! We used whole grain pasta. It is good. We were thinking to make a pot pie out of it, minus the pasta of course.

Good, kid-friendly recipe that is also healthy & fairly low fat. I added some garlic salt, Italian seasoning and ground black pepper when making the chicken to give it a bit more flavor. I plan to make it again!

I will make this again. It was very good,my whole family enjoyed it but said next time to make more of the sauce.
