What You Need

pkg. (19 to 21 oz.) brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/3

cup sugar

egg

1/4

cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

1/2

tsp. vanilla

1-1/2

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

maraschino cherries

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

PREPARE brownie batter as directed on package. Spoon into 20 paper-lined muffin cups.

BEAT cream cheese, sugar, egg, peanut butter and vanilla with mixer until blended. Spoon 1 rounded Tbsp. into center of batter in each cup, pressing down slightly into batter. Bake 30 min. or until centers are set. Cool.

SERVE topped with COOL WHIP and cherries.

My kids 9 and 10 made this recipe. With my supervision of course. I did the oven part. But they were super great. We will definitly make them again. Super easy to make.

This recipe was very easy to make and delicious! I used a one fourth cup measuring cup to put the brownie batter in the liners and it turned out almost perfect for 20 brownies. Next time I will swirl the cream cheese mixture in the brownie batter!

I have made this recipe for extended family and friends. They all just love it. I must admit that I think it pretty good myself. I won't hesitate to make it again and again.

I misread the recipe and made these full size cupcakes. It turned out awesome. Even the kids went nuts for these. This recipe is going in the favorite box!

This was SOOO good! I didn't out the cool whip or the cherries but my co-workers ask for it at every gathering!
