I made these and the only thing I would do different is fill cups half way then add cream cheese mixture then finish filling. I did that on my second batch and they were much better.

After reading other comments about the brownies sticking to the baking wrappers, I just sprayed the muffin pan with butter cooking spray and the brownies came out super easily. I also shortened the cooking time to 23 minutes (I have a gas oven) and they were nice and moist. Some I made with the peanut butter in the filling and they came out great. However, not everyone I know likes peanut butter so in the second batch instead of peanut butter I put in white chocolate chips. Those tasted amazing too! Everyone loved these and I will definitely make them again!

This recipe was so easy to make and it tasted fantastic. I would recomend it to any one who likes peanut butter and cheesecake.

These are fantastic!!! I read previuos reviews so I used the foil muffin cups and sprayed them with a little "non-stick stuff". They came out perfect!!! Since our family of 4 doesn't need or eat a lot of desserts I shared with all the neighbors and everyone asked for the recipe.

I made these twice. I found it very hard to "push" the peanut butter filling into the brownie. The second time I put a small layer of brownie mix in the cupcake cup, the peanut butter filling and toped it with more brownie mix. It not only was easier to do, they actually looked better too.

Super yummy! To Brenda0730, spray your liners with some cooking spray and your cupcakes won't stick.

I won't make them again. The paper liners stuck to brownies and all you could get out was the peanut butter cheesecake filling. The majority of the batch went in the garbage.

My family raved about these and told everyone about them the next day. I've already had people asking for the recipe.
