It was a nice change for a chicken dish but we expected more flavor.

good and creamy but we make a lighter version of this on the grill.with sliced fresh peppers on top and sliced cheese either provlone or mozz.

I made this recipe the other night and it was delicious! I was worried putting the olives with zucchini but it was great. I will be making this again.

I used chopped tomatoes instead of cherry to make it thicker, it came fantastic!

This was incredibly easy and absolutely delicious!! The chicken was so tender! I probably added about twice the cheese though (we're huge cheese-heads). I also added half the ammount of olives called for because I used sliced instead of whole. Make sure to make rice or something with it to soak up the juice; there is a decent amount.

My family and I loved this!!! My husband is a vegetarian so I made a serving of fish and chicken. It was a great way to dress up the chicken and get your vegtables too. My husband recommended we make this for family when they come to the house.

I used olive oil instead of cooking spray. The chicken didn't have much flavor, but the veggies were good. I would use less cheese next time and it was more like fried cheese rather than melted.

I made this, but instead of plum tomatoes, I cut large chunks of regular tomatos and found that the sauce really thickened up. It was delicious. I would definately make this again.
