This was quick, easy and inexpensive to make. My family loved it, and I had leftovers to take to work for lunch. I also cooked more chicken than it called for to freeze for another meal on another day to save me time.

Ok.... I LOVE this receipe! This was an A+++ for my whole family... and I have very picky eaters... I've made it twice now since I got the magazine... It has great flavor... easy to make and everyone raved about how good it was...

I made this recipe this weekend for my family. Although it was quite easy to make, it lacked flavor. I added green onins and italian seasoning to the dish and it helped.

This recipe was easy to make and delicious. I didn't have any fresh parsely but that didn't matter the dish still came out great. The only thing I did different from the recipe was I salt and peppered the chicken thighs overnight in my refrigerator. Other than that the recipe doesn't need a thing. My kids who are 3 and 2 cleaned their plates which was a surprise since they can be finicky. The next time I make this I am going to try and freeze it. It simply is one of those dishes that is easy to make.
