Can you say hot! This was hot spicy hot! It has been a few hours and my lips are still burning and I only used a few bits of the peppers in the adobo sauce. I fear of what is still to come. I also felt the recipe is lacking veggies. If I were to dare try it again I think I would put broccoli in it.

This was the best recipe I have made in a long time! The rice took longer to cook than the shrimp! This recipe will definitely be added to my monthly recipe rotation. It would be delicious with steak and chicken as well.

Delicious! Everyone loved it! I added the whole can of chipotle peppers so it was a little too spicy but it was great!

YUMMO! Super easy, quick, and delicious! Decided to use regular rice because we don't prefer instant, and the rice took longer to cook than the shrimp! :) A tiny bit spicy for my little ones, but my husband and I LOVED it!

This was good...however I did use more of the orange and peppers more than it required to give it a better taste sauce was a little runny so I combined all together before serving. Tasted real good heated up the next day. Add cilantro makes a nice light hawaiian taste.

i added about 1 more tbsp of the chipotle peppers so it wouldnt be so sweet
