I had high hopes for this, but it came out watery and my family did not like the sweetness in it. It was also bizarrely bland for something that was spicy - I just don't think the flavors mixed well.

It was quick and simple to make. My boyfriend and I loved it, and it was great for lunch the next day!

This recipe is amazing!!! Ridiculously simple and oh sooo good!! I added red and green pepper strips and used brown rice. LOVED IT!!!!

Loved it!! Second time I made I changed it up a little...left out the rice and made it into a soft taco using whole wheat tortillas and added shredded cabbage. It was amazing!!

GROSSSS!! If you use the exact measurements for the chipotles you will regret it. I LOVE spicy food. From Louisiana. This was so spicy you didn't get any other flavor. The zesty italian dressing did nothing for me and I did not the orange flavor at all with the shrimp. We threw it out after we took a few bites.

We thought it was really good. I didn't have orange marmalade, so used Peach, and I couldn't find chooped chipolte peppers in adobo sauce so substituted japlepeno peppers. It had a nice bite to it, and will definetely make it again.

This was sooo good. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it was a little too spicy. I only used 1T of the peppers, but it still was delicious. Next time, I'll use the least amount possible, instead of omitting peppers altogether. For those of you who like the spicy stuff, you will love this.

This recipe is fabulous! Definitly something I will make again and again! The orange marmalade compliments the chipolte pepper wonderfully! Couldn't be happier with the end result!

I used a 1/2 T chipotle peppers because my husband doesn't eat real spicy foods, and we loved it! Quick and easy AND delicious. The marmalade cuts a little bit of the spicyness.
