Angel Lush: Make It Your Way recipe

So easy. I made this last Easter and the whole cake was gone at the end of dinner. The filling would be great used with other cakes too.

My 15 yr old son loves this cake. He wants this every year for his birthday. I recently made it for a cookout but I put it in my Trifle dish. I broke the cake into pieces and continued to layer and then placed strawberries on the top it was a big hit. Everyone wanted the recipe.

I made this recipe for a friend of mine and decided to make one for my family as well. Everyone enjoyed it! There was not a crumb left. I will make this again.

I am a diabetic and this is awesome even if you use a fat free / sugar free angel food cake (they are out there) and sugar free, fat free puddings. I have made it with Pistacheo sugar free pudding (My favorite!)OR sometimes with Chocolate pudding between the layers and left off the Pineapple. I usually "frost" the whole thing {top and sides} with Chocolate sugar free pudding mixed with the Lite Cool Whip. WOW!! If you use the "Pie" recipe for the puddings it makes it hold together a bit better. Tooth Picks between the layers also help. I have also "cheated" a bit and used the Chocolate Cool Whip with the Chocolate pudding . . . Holy Smokes! It's good!

This cake is AWESOME....I've made it several times and the family has really enjoyed it. I've made it with just blueberries and strawberries, still delicious...and with all the berries. The filling is delicious alone!

This was AWSOME! I made it for a Realotr luncheon. Everyone loved it! I made a boxed angel food cake, but made them in a mini cupcake pan with papers. Watch out not to burn! Store the cakes in a zip lock bag overnight to soften (witout the filling of corse) I piped the filling onto the cakes about 1 hr before serving. They were perfect little cakes. I also made a homemade poundcake. in a square pan. Cut them up into little bites, put this topping on and WOW!!! Looking forward to doing it again!

This is a great recipe. You can substitute all ingredients with sugar free ones and diabetics can enjoy this also, without losing any of the flavor. A few hints: after you fill your layers, and before you cover the top, insert & cut 4 plastic straws to make it more stable and French Vanilla pudding makes it even better, if that is possible.
