This was so good! I made 1.5x this recipe and omitted the olives as my family doesn't care for them too much. This was so much easier and healthier than our typical fried fish. I would certainly make this again.

I made this recipe while my parents were in town visiting. Everyone loved it!!! My dad went on and on about it and they especially loved that it was on the healthy side. There was plenty of flavor and it was extremely easy to make. I used frozen tilapia and everything turned out great. I served it with rice and spinach on the side. I followed the recipe exactly and made no changes. A big hit!!

Very good and very easy. I tend to over cook fish, but this came out perfect. My hubby loved it too and said it was on the 'keep' list.

My family absolutely loves this recipe. I make it exactly as is. Delicious flavors and presentation so pretty it is good enough to serve for company. I serve this at least 1 a week.

This was delicious. The fish was very moist and the topping flavorful. I opted not to have the cheese on my fillet, but my husband used it on his. He loved it. In fact, the recipe is so quick and easy -he makes it for us on the nights I don't feel like cooking. Bravo!

Very good! Although we aren't much for olives, so we substituted canned artichoke, which has a similar salty flavor. My kids even ate it up!

This recipe was so easy (love that you can use the filets frozen) and tasty! No one really ate the tomatoes and olives, but the fish was gone! I left out the cilantro, but we didn't miss it.

Delicious! The fresh tomato smell made me think of summer.
