It was good because it changed up our original fajita recipe we make on a weekly basis. I did add taco seasoning, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin to give it a little spice from other people saying it was bland. We didn't eat it by itself but made burritos with it with sour cream and salsa. It made a lot of leftovers that we froze to eat next week. A good recipe.

I thought it was pretty good and VERY easy to make. It made WAY more than I was expecting which was nice because it didn't cost alot to make :)

I seen this recipe and seen the reviews and I am big on flavor so I went ahead and added some pinto beans and I canot stand taco seasoning so made my own mixture and also done the cayenne and onions at the beginning. Great dish making again tonight. But only have whole grain brown rice curious if it will be the same.

Excellent recipe. I added taco seasoning to the meat for extra flavor and used Kraft Cheddar Pepper Jack shredded cheese for an extra kick. Also, didn't broil or bake since my pan can't go in the oven. I just threw the cheese in and stirred it up. Served in tortillas. New family favorite!

Absolutely Delicious!! This will be a "regular" in our house. So easy and yummy! Has the taste of stuffed green peppers, but easier to make and easier to eat!!

Did not read reviews prior to making but thought it sounded bland so I browned the meat with chopped onions, added cayenne pepper, garlic, black pepper and a bit of salt. We loved it. Next time we will try putting it into flour tortilla's topped with salsa a sour cream.

I would make it again, I followed some of the variations and my husband LOVED it. I added the taco seasoning to the meat and also I added a can of black beans to make it go a little farther because we are big on leftovers for lunch. Pretty delish for being so simple!

When I read the other reviews of possibly tasting bland, I substituted the can of green chilies and tomatoes, with 4.5 oz can of green chopped chilies (undrained) and 14.5 oz of diced tomatoes (undrained), plus 1 cup of salsa and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. Loved it! A great way to use the over-abundance of green peppers at the end of the growing season in the garden.
