Spinach Lasagna Rolls

Easy, yummy. Definitely would make again!

I have made this recipe repeatedly--even for non-spinach lovers. It is always a hit (especially with a little pesto added to the filling.

good week night dinner. Overall we really liked this recipe. Do not expect it to taste like lasagna because the cream cheese does taste different. Its still very good and creamy. My husband's comment was that if you are going to do all this why not just make lasagna (we used fresh spinach). Its not that hard to make, and neither is this dinner. This is a great customizable dinner. If your looking to break up the mondane week night routine, try this recipe. It probably won't be a household staple dinner but its definately worth a try.

We really enjoyed it! I think the next time around I'll use more sauce, and add in some mushrooms or other veggies

Awesome, easy lasagna! I made it for my picky husband who is not a big "carb" fan (and typically hates vegetarian meals) and he loved it. I did add a little more cream cheese than the recipe called for - using 1/3 less fat cream cheese. It turned out great and the leftovers were just as good the next day.

Super easy to make and absolutely delicious! Definitely will make it time and time again!

This recipe is a good alternative if you don't like ricotta cheese or meat. I added mushrooms, onion, and garlic to fresh spinach for the filling. Everyone loves this, especially my three year old.

My family loved this recipe. I did double the cheese and added Italian sausage as other cooks suggested. IT'S A KEEPER!
