This is easier than it looks. It is very good. I added 2 (cooked) low fat spicy Italian sausage to the cheese mixture and it was excellent.

Made it with cream cheese, but found it too heavy. Would try ricotta next time.

I thought these were good but a little dry. I also used ricotta instead of the cream cheese, but thought it needed more sauce.

Delicious! I swapped out the cream cheese for ricotta like others have mentioned (my grandmother would roll over in her grave if she heard I didn’t use ricotta to make lasagna), and was able to get 8 rolls out of the mix. Husband loved it and I will absolutely make it again!

My husband and I made this on Valentine's day. It was SOOO good and easy too. We substituted ricotta cheese for the cream cheese.

We really like this recipe. There was a little too much of a spinach taste and not enough cream cheese taste. Next time I will add a little bit less spinach and more cream cheese. I topped it with Marinara sauce instead of spaghetti sauce and it was amazing. One of my favorite recipes I will put in my books.

These were not only quick to make, but really tasty too! The leftovers were just as good.
