This was a great vegetarian recipe! My family and I loved it. I added mushrooms and black olives to the sauce to add some extra veggies. Very easy to make. Will have to double up on how many I make next time; this was a hit!

This recipe was good but with my modifications it became superb. I replaced the cream cheese with ricotta. Then I added turkey sausage and sauteed mushrooms. It was a huge hit with my family and I will defintely make it again. Especially if it means I can get my 7 and 8yr old to eat spinach and mushrooms

Quick and easy! I loved that it uses spinach but it still seems like the comfort food we all enjoy.

I really enjoyed making this recipe. I did tweak it a little bit and added some leftover shredded chicken I had to the mix. It turned out beautiful and delicious.

This recipe was meant to be a dish specifically for my vegetarian friend however it was the clear winner among everyone! In my version I substituted the marinara sauce for an alfredo one which made for a great presentation but a different taste from the standard lasagna.

Very yummy! My husband and I ate every bit! Will definently make again but will try with neuchfatel instead.

I have made this recipe twice now. The second time I used 8 lasagna noodles instead of 6. There is plenty of filling for the 8 noodles. This recipe is so versatile that all sorts of ingredients can be used. The next time I will saute a few onions and mushrooms to add to the filling. Definitely a keeper.
