Great meatless recipe (for me), however my husband doesn't eat spinach, so I substituted cooked, drained ground beef for the spinach in his rolls. He ate all of the beef-filled rolls. Daughter and I ate all of the spinach. No leftovers!
I tweeked the filling by cutting the amount of spinach in half, added a bit of ricotta cheese, a sprinkle of garlic powder and a pinch of salt. Very good, even the kids loved it!
This was an awesome meal. I did substitute the cream cheese for about a cup of cottage cheese and I also added some garlic and italian seasoning to the cheese mixture. Will def make again but may add some mushrooms next time!
This recipe was so easy and delicious! I only used about 7 ounces of spinach and about 6 ounces of cream cheese. So a little less spinach and a little more cream cheese than the recipe called for. I didnt have any grated parmesan so I just used the sprinkle parmesan and it worked just fine. I will definitely make this one again!!
I have to have ricotta in my lasagna so when I saw cream cheese I thought what the hey and my goodness it was wonderful. I feel so silly for not trying this roll up version earlier it saves a LOT of time. Have made many times and will make again!
Got bored with regular lasagna was looking for something to replace it and discovered this recipe.So simple to make can't wait to make it again!!!
We thought that there was too much spinach. I will only use 2/3 of the package next time. Other than that it was a great recipe.
Super easy! Very good too!! I dont think I will ever make the traditional lasagna again! The rolls are such a great idea!
Fan-tas-tic!!!! I make it about every two weeks, because I love it so much!!! It is a little different but, so good and so easy!!!
Easy to make and tastes good. I made this when my vegitarian friends came over for dinner and they were asking me for the recipe before they left. As a meat eater, I think that this could use something else, maybe just some more spices but it could use something more.
