This was a quick and easy recipe. Very tasty, too! Make sure you use firm peaches so the bundle stays together while cooking.

Loved, loved, loved this! Who wudda thunk? Peaches chicken and bacon could be so NomzZz! Yes, I would make it again! I put it up on my fb page and everyone wanted it. Make it for friends. They will think you are all fancy :)

We decided that the fruit (we used nectarines) would cook too fast for the chicken, so we cubed the chicken & cooked it in a grill basket for a bit, let it cooled and then put it on the skewers. We used a thick bacon, which took a long time to get to a point we'd eat it. Next time, we will cut the bacon into squares and put it between the fruit & meat. We also seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Yum.

I haven't made this yet but I thing to solve the peach issue, pineapple chunks would work great!

Use fresh peaches that are firm. They soften on the grill and are so good. We also slightly fried the bacon first and then wrapped the chicken. I also added some garlic powder to the bbq sauce and it was just awesome!
