I used reduced fat cream cheese, sugar free pudding and skim milk. I decided to use peaches instead of strawberries. I tried it with fresh and canned. Both with success!

This is very light and refreshing. I used fat-free milk, sugar free banana cream pudding, reduced fat nilla wafers and sugar free cool whip. It turned out great! My kids love it and don't even know it is almost completely SUGAR FREE!

This was so good. I served it in waffle bowls. The only thing I would change is to cut the strawberries smaller next time.

i made this for dessert tonight, i made the mini cups and i also had enough to make a bowl of icecream, for the mini cups i crushed oreo in the bottom of the muffin pans for a crust for the ice cream, i did not have sugar free vanilla pudding so i used french vanilla pudding instead (the regular kind) and i chopped the strawberries up and i put in the strawberry topping and it was yummy! for the bowl of icecream i had mini oreos i did not chop i put them whole in the mixture and a plastic container and that was it! let them freeze for a long time! i would make this again with different flavors!

Since I am diabetic, I made some substitute changes. I used Cool Whip Lite, 1 pkg. sugar free/fat free vanilla instant pudding, sugar free strawberry topping, skim milk and used 16 vanilla wafers. I put them into the cupcake liners. This is a great snack and very tasty. My husband enjoyed it also.

I will cut the strawberries smaller they were hard which made this pie hard to cut. This pie was beautiful, tasty and refreshing.

I made this recipe in cupcake papers with an oreo cookie on the bottom for the crust. Everyone loved them. Can't wait to make them again.
