Very easy and good - ricotta did have a taste I was not used to but was still good - maybe next time I'll try cottage cheese which I normally use in pasta dishes

I made it without meat so, my family wasn't happy but would like to try it again with some italian sausage.

This was delicious. I used shell macaroni so it took a bit longer to cook and a little extra water. Also added some hamburger to it. My whole family enjoyed it!

Easy and delicious. Even my son could make it for himself without my help .

My mom used to call this Poor Man's Lasagna. Using the noodles is different because I always used ziti macaroni. Love the fact that you can add meat if you'd like and that it's so easy to make. Great for pot-luck's.
