For added flavor, brown meat with enchilada sauce and added Velveeta and cream of mushroom sauce to it. This makes the mixture very creamy and delicious! But watch out for the calories.

This was delicious and extremely easy to make! My husband even loved it and he is generally pretty picky. I will definitely be making this again!

I made this for my family. Instead of using chopped tomatoes I used a can of rotel with the tomato sauce water and chilli powder. It tasted amazing.

I can't believe this was make in the microwave! I thought it would ruin the tortillas but it didn't . I realize this is for a family so it really has no heat factor so next time we are going to add some red pepper. My ten year old made it and it was great!

My sister made this and we loved it! She used wheat tortillas and it still tasted fantastic. It was super easy to put together, too.
