This recipe was a little bland for our tastes. I will make this again with a few alterations.

Everyone loved this and it was super fast to make. I made this to recipe specifications. The only difference was I added a few slices of cheese on top. I served chopped tomatoes, sour cream, and taco sauce on the side. What I would do differently the next time: Double the meat and cheese, add two more tortilla layers....this should satify my healthy eaters ages 5, 11, 13 :)

I found this recipe to be bland. The next time I make it, instead of tomato sauce, I will use salsa or picante sauce for more of a kick. The sour cream was what saved it. I has potential to be very yummy.

i made it for dinner tonight ... my husband had thirds! it was super easy and i liked that i could make it in the microwave. i only gave it three stars because it was a little bland for us and my hubby requested more seasoning/spices next time. but there WILL be a next time!
