PS~~The juices in the bottom of the foil packet were so fantabulous that I didn't want them to go to waste. I chopped the chicken, pineapple and peppers then poured all the juices over. YUM

Sooo good...The chicken was so tender and juicy, and the pepper and pineapple are the perfect combination w/the bbq sauce. Really easy to make. Heavy duty foil is a must, though (the second time I made this the chicken was burnt to a crisp on the bottom, because I used reg. foil). Great recipe. Will def be doing again.

An absolutely delicious recipe! Ours was on a little longer than 15 mins because we were grilling shrimp too, but the chicken still came out great. Only the bbq sauce in the packet got a little burnt hehe. Definitely adding this to my recipe collection!

I usually do a green pepper, red pepper ring, and a very small amount of thin sliced onion. Amazing recipe. Super easy and fast clean-up! This is one of my favorites.

Fantastic! No pots or pans! I pre-grilled the chicken breasts about 5 min.for that "grilled" flavor. I also added a sprinkle of green chilis. The sweet and spicy together was great! Try pork chops,too!
