I baked the meatballs in the oven and topped with the sauce (I doubled the sauce recipe). Delicious and easy.

I made this recipe and it was a huge success. The kids enjoyed it as much as the adults. I put a pineapple chunk at the end. This is a must have at a bbq. Middletown, NY

crisrenonv, I made it for Memorial Day weekend and every body loves it. I cooked the meatballs in the Crock Pot I add a little spice and Red ,Yellow bell peppers and cooked it for an hr.on slow and it came out excellent. My kids like it even my grand daughter she's only three yrs old. I'll highly recommended to every one to try it.

These were quick, easy and tasty, and very pleasing to the eye... I forgot to soak my wooden skewers but did not have a problem with them burning. Definitely make extra sauce for dipping!!

These are great, made these as appetizers for a party. I used 2 meatballs per bamboo stick with chunks of pineapple. I baked them them on a sheet pan basting often. i certainly didn't make enough they were gone in no time. Its a quick and easy dish as a meal or pot luck dinner or an appetizer.
