To make this easier, we put the meatballs and the sauce in the crockpot and then about 45 minutes before it was finished we added the vegetables. We also added fresh pineapple.

I made this in the oven since it's too chilly outside for the grill. It was really good! I also made extra bbq and jam mixture with pineapple. It was an excellent dipping sauce along with rice.

I actually really liked this recipe and so did my whole family. I made it with some rice and egg rolls. It was simple and the BBQ gave it a great flavor!!

The sauce is tasty, and I agree that your choice of meatball will affect the overall success of this dish.

The sauce on these meatball skewers was phenomenal. I totally will be making these again - I might even do them in a stove top grill pan, without the skewers. YUMMY. But make sure you like the meatballs you purchase, if the meatballs aren't so hot, the dinner would be ruined.

This was surprisingly very tasty! I used orange marmalade with a little bit of pineapple juice with the bbq sauce - was very very good and simple.

My fiance and I loved this recipe. It was easy to prepare and was really delicious. I did add onions to the skewers and substituted preserves for the jam, as I could not find apricot jam, but it turned out beautifully. We will definitely repeat this one over and over!!
