I have made it several times (in the oven)since it was first in the magazine. DELICIOUS!! Even my picky teens ate it up! Healthy greens and tomatoes and all!!

my sister in law made this for as a starter for a family dinner - it was quick; easy; and 5 stars!

This is sooooo good. I have only made in the oven. My hubby does not like tomatoes, so I use red bell peppers instead. This recipe is a party favorite, or a nice stay at home treat with a glass of wine.

Had to make in the oven, as it rained on my cookout. Everyone loved it, would definitely make again, very good.

This is so good! Made it and took to my sisters for a appetizer. Her husband came in and tried it and ended up licking the dish I baked it in. This will become a new favorite to bring to family get-togethers from now on.

Very, very good dip! I made this in the oven and it turned out great. My husband, daughter and I ate the whole thing while waiting for our burgers to grill! We ate the whole thing! If making for a party, definitely make 2! Sooo delicious! Also, I added more cheese to the top...for extra gooey-ness! YUM!

This spread is absolutely AMAZING! Not only is it super easy to make, but it is ready within minutes. The only change I would make is to make two instead of one because it might disappear quickly since it's so tasty :)

Very good on the grill. It makes a somewhat unexpected summer appetizer and it's easy to whip up while everyone is waiting for dinner.

I made this for a family BBQ and it was a huge hit. It was so good, it was gone in about 5 minutes. Thankfully, I had a spare block of Philly in the fridge so I could quickly make another one. This one's a keeper.
