This was wonderful! Not only one of my new favorite to eat but to make as well because it is sooo easy!

Love this recipe! Made it while camping and found it better to make the cream cheese brick thinner by slicing it in 1/2 (slice the 1 inch thick brick into two 1/2 inch thick bricks). This kept the other ingredients from burning while the cream cheese heated all the way through, and it went farther. I substituted red peppers for the tomatoes. Next time I'll eat with plain Triscuits, Rosemary ones were too much and hid the flavor of the spread. Everyone loved this one!

I added roasted pine nuts and used sun dried tomatoes instead! This was great camping as well as around the house! Great presentation.

This was the hit of a recent dinner party! If you have a toaster oven, it's a snap to make indoors.

Great appetizer. Made fresh pesto from my garden. Made this on the grill and it had a great smokey flavor. This is a keeper recipe and so easy to make.

I took this on a camping trip and put it on the grill, and everyone ate it up and loved it! so easy. I even made it the next day when I got home for a movie snack. The flavor of triscuits were the best too!

Delicious!! So easy and looks great. Can't wait for my next get together or party to make this!! Used low fat cream cheese and microwaved at 60% for about 1 minute. Used regular and rosemary Triscuits--wonderful!!

It was (as in past tense, none left!)a wonderful appetizer for our Labor Day party. I, too, used more Italian cheese and two tomatoes and it just made it better. Also used fat free cream cheese and heated it in the microwave. This is one of those recipes that you could use a great deal of culinary license and it would still be wonderful!

This was so yummy the first time I made it! The second time I made it with half cream cheese, half goat cheese blended, and used sundried tomatos. It turned out even better and richer. Cant really go wrong.
