The cheese is unwrapped not wrapped. That is how you place it on top.

"UNWRAPPED" means to unwrap it

I believe the directions meant to say... unwrap the cheese?!? Anyway, haven't made yet but will try this labor day weekend. Sounds very very yummy!

Unwrapped cheese means you unwrap the cheese before you place it on the foil. (I had to read it twice too!) Sounds delicious, I am going to make it at our Labor Day BBQ.

We use this recipe for an appetizer everytime we BBQ with friends. The kids get together in the kitchen and make it. Very easy!

I agreed how do you place the pesto on unwrapped cheese? I will make this recipe on labor day weekend, I'll see how it comes out, so far i have tried numerous recipes and all of them are a hit with my family! Thank!

I don't get it. How do you place pesto on top of unwrapped neufendal cheese?

I have made this recipe about 5 times, using lower fat neufchatel cheese and prepared pesto. I have cooked it on the grill and even baked it in the oven. It's a hit!

We made our own pesto for this recipe and made it in the oven instead of on the grill. It was awesome and will be making it over and over again.
