I have made this recipe three times in the past two weeks!!! I used a whipped cream cheese spread, roasted red peppers instead of the tomato and pizza cheese since I couldn't get the five cheese blend. Instead of grilling, I microwaved it for 1 3/4 minutes and it was perfect. My husband and I love it!!

This recipe is a keeper! I didn't cook it in foil on the grill, but it was still quick, easy and delicious.

This dip gets great reviews every time I make it. It's easy and looks good in foil or on a fancy plate. You can used the reduced fat Philly Cream cheese, if you want. Plain crackers are best so they don't compete with the taste of the dip.

I make this all the time. But, I have to double it. It goes really fast and when I don't bring it to parties everyone is dissappointed. I use reduced fat Philadelphia cream cheese and shredded cheese.

Excellent! I would even use with plain Triscuits since there's alot of flavor.

This is my absolute favorite appetizer! It could actually be a meal! The kids (even the picky ones) and adults love it!
