I thought this recipe was pretty good! I'm glad I read some of the other reviews first though.
Number 1 - you definately need to season the chicken. If I had any taco seasoning, I would have used that. But I didn't, so I just went with my Season All, I can use that on anything.
Number 2 - I didn't have any Cumin, so I didn't use that.
Number 3 - It was lacking a little "kick" (no cumin), so I just added some taco sauce (think like the kind you get in the packets from Taco Bell). I used probably 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup.
Number 4 - Overall good, but I felt it needed some sort of CRUNCH to it. I think next time, I will serve with some of those tortilla chip stips on top.
