This chicken was amazing!! I did not have saltines in the house, so I used an Original shake and bake instead of the crackers and butter, but followed directions otherwise. The chicken was moist and sooo tender, even my VERY fussy son loved it and had seconds.

This was sooo easy and really good! Also, I already had all the ingredients, which made this a super cheap choice for supper! My husband said he really liked it but to leave the cheese off next time. This will be replacing "Chicken Nacho Bake" for us, because the toppings always fall off when I make that, and this really is the same flavors. Added bonus: I got to use my new food processor to crush the crackers! :)

Quick tasty and easy, so much so it's going to be a go to recipe when I'm pinched for time. Instead of saltines I used crushed spicy Doritos and a hot salsa with a little Siracha added to it. For the cheese I used Pepper Jack which is our favorite. While it baked I made Mexican rice and corn with diced onions and serrano peppers as side dishes.

Beautiful! I used a mild salsa, taco seasoning and salt in the cracker crumbs, cut out all the butter (I used a spray ligt olive oil to prepare the dish) and only used 2/3 cup of the cheese. When I served it, I sprinkled a few black olives and jalapenos on top and it was a hit! I will definetly make this again!

This recipe was so good and so easy. I mixed some seasoned salt in with a cracker crumbs (the go to seasoning for us when just a little something is needed) because I thought just the plain crumbs would be too plain. The crumbs absorb a LOT of moisture from the salsa just for the 5 minutes it's on the chicken in the oven but then they absorb the salsa flavor, too. I will definitely be making this again. While the top of the chicken was a little soggy from the salsa, the bottom was nice and crunchy and it had just a really nice flavor.

This is a great and easy chicken recipe. I followed the recipe exactly I'm not a creative cook)and found it really tasty but I did have to increase the cooking time. My husband and I both liked it.

Very good. My husband loved it. I did use Italian bread crumbs with added Parmesan cheese and a few spices (I didn't have any saltines). Very easy and tasty. Will be making it again. It takes very similar to chicken Parmesan!
