This was very easy to make!! I used panko bread crumbs instead of crackers and I mixed in a little taco seasoning with them before I coated the chicken! Will make again!

Very easy to follow recipe and delicious results!! Perfect for beginners (like me).
My family and I love this recipe! I don't add the salsa to the chicken while I'm cooking it but whoever wants it on theirs can add it on. I have noticed it can take longer then 25 mins to make but it depends on how big the chicken halves you use are. For the portion sizes we use it just takes 25 like the recipe says.
This was great, however, the chicken took much longer to cook than just 25 minutes. It took almost an hour before our chicken was cooked. Before you make it, just know that it might take longer than expected.
It was delicious!!! My whole family loved it. I will definatly make this again. In stead of using just the regular rotel salsa, I used rotel with cilantro and lime juice and it came out perfect. That perfect tangy taste! Gotta try it everyone.
