LOVE these! So easy to make and very tastey. Everyone in family eats them - from 18 month old to Grandma! They are a permanent part of my dinner rotation.

I am HORRIBLE at making meatloaf but this little recipe has given me confidence. My husband absolutely devours these. They cook up really crisp and the salsa gives tons of flavor. I definitely recommend it!

I made this for my family. My husband really liked it. Definitely needs the extra salsa on the side; bur otherwise, it was pretty tasty. We had Mexican rice as a side

Tasty, and easy to make!! Me and my husband loved them. We ate them with sour cream and guacamole on them, and served it with Mexican rice.

Dying to try this but is that oven temp correct? Doesn't seem as though it would bake in that time with that temp.

I make this all the time; it's great! I use rice instead of crackers and my homemade salsa from our fresh garden tomatoes, peppers & onions.
