I love this recipe. It is a crowd pleaser and a great twist on a classic meatloaf. Perfect for a dinner party or casual dinner.

We loved this recipe! It was so good. However, I had to leave off the salsa from the top for my daughter. But I loved the salsa! What a fun dish!

Yum!!!! So easy and so delicious. My husband ate 5 alone and my son who isn't a hamburger fan had 2. I have added it to my recipe box.

Loved this recipe. I made it with ground turkey and used a little extra crushed saltines. Very yummy and I made taco salads in baked soft shells to accompany the mini meatloaves!

Really tasty! I'm not a fan of meatloaf but these were really good. I used extra-lean ground beef and added minced garlic. They tasted great re-heated the next day too!

Very easy and very good. I added a small can of corn to it. Next time I want to make a double batch and add corn and black beans.
