Loved this recipe. I made it with ground turkey and used a little extra crushed saltines. Very yummy and I made taco salads in baked soft shells to accompany the mini meatloaves!

Really tasty! I'm not a fan of meatloaf but these were really good. I used extra-lean ground beef and added minced garlic. They tasted great re-heated the next day too!

Very easy and very good. I added a small can of corn to it. Next time I want to make a double batch and add corn and black beans.

This is a huge favorite with my family...so easy and tasty. I do add minced garlic and a bit of cumin. A big hit served with red skin potatoes whipped with Monterey jack cheese and a red pepper, corn and black bean salad. Leftovers don't last long!

WOW! This was delicious and SO easy to make. The only thing I added was minced garlic and it was perfect. I would definitely make this again. Thank you for the recipe!!!

I love this...took the meatloaf over to a friend's house for lunch...it was a smashing success...I used 1.25 lbs of ground beef and 13 saltines...enough to fill up the 12 tins...!
