Creamy Shrimp Alfredo

What You Need

1/2

lb. linguine, uncooked

Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

1/2

lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp

cloves garlic, minced

oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

3/4

cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink, adding garlic for the last minute. Remove shrimp with slotted spoon, reserving liquid in skillet; set shrimp aside. Add cream cheese and broth to skillet; cook 3 to 5 min or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Stir in shrimp and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan.

DRAIN pasta. Add to ingredients in skillet; toss to coat. Transfer to platter; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and parsley.

I made this recipe as directed except I used 1 lb. of shrimp. It was absolutely delicious and will become a new family favorite!

We loved this!!! I made it with a caesar salad and breadsticks, so it felt like we were at an Italian restaurant. :) Next time, I might try using a different type of pasta just to switch it up.

This was so good. It took a little longer to melt the cream cheese than the recipe calls for and the sauce was a little thick so I added some milk at the end and it came out perfect.

The sauce was really good, my only complaint was that it was super thick. I even added a little extra chicken broth and I still ended up having to add about 1/4 cup of milk after that and it was STILL really thick. But it had a really good flavor, I added a bit of fresh basil and served with garlic bread.
