Everyone loved this... it was like an orange creamsicle.

I also used light orange juice and light sherbet to cut a few more calories! Turned out great and was a very nice cool treat for a hot summer day! Am going to try variations with different flavors - such as raspberry, lemon and lime.

Absolutely delicious. My husband and son ate most of it at one sitting! I used fat free cool whip and reduced fat cream cheese. Not one negative with this one!

My store didn't have orange sherbet, so I opted to replace w/ pinapple and the juice too. It was very good, but I also agree that the ratio should be more sherbert and less cream. I will definitely make again!

I have now made this recipe for my family and my co-workers and have had rave reviews! This is a very dreamy dessert that doesn't sit too heavy on the stomach, quenches the pallet and leaves you with a happy feeling. Who doesn't like sherbet brings you back to your childhood, and some of us to last week.

I made this dessert for the first time and thanks to the tips I froze it overnight. It looked just like the picture when I took it out of the pan. I agree that it would be better with more sherbet and less of the cream cheese layer. I also had leftover cream cheese mix and used it as a dip for fruit.

Oh my goodness! This was fantastic! My husband wanted to know what kind of ice cream it was? I've made it 4 times since I saw it in the magazine! My family and friends are making it now too! DELICIOUS!
