This really tastes exactly like a creamsicle. The recipe makes ALOT - so forif you are not having a lrage gathering, I would halve the recipe, but it was excellent, and I will be making it again!

Great recipe for summertime. The only thing I would change is the ratios of sherbet and cream cheese mixture. There are only two of us in my household and it was hard for us to finish. If there was more sherbet than cream cheese, we'd probably have eaten more of it. My boyfriend and I said the same thing at the same time while trying this dessert for the first time..."Maybe the ratios should be switched? It seems like a lot of cream cheese filling." Next time I make this recipe, I will try that and post again.

FANTASTIC! I loved it! The recipe made more than it said it would so I had a full sized and a smaller one! My son loves it too and picked it over oreos and milk for dessert tonight!!!

It is FABULOUS!!! It even made more than the 9x5 loaf pan...so I put the remainder in a small bowl....yippee... A terrific recipe!

this came out really good. i did have extra "filling" (the cool whip/cream cheese mixture) left though. and, i should have freezed it longer.

This was a huge hit. The flavor and texture were both excellent. Everyone wanted seconds. Next time I'll make two.

This really tastes just like the creamsicles my husband and I loved as children! Very easy to make and our three kids loved it too. Delicious!

Tastes just like a creamsicle, yum wow. Easy to make but does need longer to set and doesn't come out looking like the photo.
