Very tasty and easy to make. I just used red peppers and shredded mozzarella and left off the Parmesan.

This recipe was very easy and great tasting! I used a can of tomatoes with garlic and added some onion and the dish was great!

Verry good! I made it with turkey Italian sausage and it was very good! Added onion and garlic, super good!

I made this dish for my very picky family. The first time I made it, it was a little bland and the tomatoes didn't help much for the "sauce". So the next time I made it I used pasta sauce in it and added a few other spices in with it and it turned out wonderful.

I use 1/2 of each of the peppers. I also use Johnsonville chicken brats. This is easy, fast and very good.

This a fabulous recipe. We loved it! I grilled the sausages on the barbeque and then just sliced them and added them to the peppers, etc. It was much tastier. Great leftovers too.

I made tiny meatballs with mild and hot sausage. I also added a large onion, and some garlic powder. I used a mix of mozzarella and Fontinella cheeses, then finished with the parmesan. My family loved it, will definately make again.

This was very easy and very delicous. I did not have sausage so I used meatballs instead and I have to say it was very good. I added some chopped fresh tomatoes too and Santa Fe Philadelphia Cream Cheese stir in sauce and it really kicked it up.
