It was just okay for me, I'm not a big Italian Sausage fan but my husband and dad loved it. I would prefer ground beef over sausage. Next time I will try that.

Great recipe - I grill the sausage and peppers first...and add a little red wine when it is simmering....

I used whole wheat pasta, I also added onions to my peppers, and I would add more tomatoes it was a little dry and I like more sauce on my pasta its chunky not saucie. But the flavor was very good!

I made this for grandsons graduation. Big hit!! Have since made for church functions.. and receptions!! Also used Turkey Italian sausage,,still great flavor!!

Due to the amount of Sodium in Sausage, I made this for my family with Turkey Burger. It turned out GREAT !!!! much healthier

Delicious! This recipe was liked by everyone on my house and believe me that is saying a lot when everyone likes something. I will be making it Christmas eve for a guick meal and get them out of the kitchen so I can start Christmas cooking.

Very good. I used whole wheat pasta and added onions to the peppers. To cut down on the fat I used only 1/4 cup of reduced fat cheese. Great flavor.
