I read other suggestions and added two cans of diced tomatos. Very good.

EVERYONE LOVED this recipe! It was very tasty. I added an onion to the peppers when I was cooking it because we like them, but didn't have to. We will for sure make this again!

I made this and it was good however I felt like it was a little dry, I may try it again with more tomatoes.

This was really good. I would use 2 cans of tomatoes next time. Mine seemed a little dry. Still very good!

I made this tonight with a few adjustments made. I used hot italian sauage, green peppers, and used 2 cans of diced tomatoes (since our family like a lot of sauce). It turned out excellent!! Great change from chicken, pork, or hamburger.

Delish! I am definitely going to make this again. I used 2% shredded mozzarella & provolone to reduce and next time I make it I would have used even less than the cup and a half it called for. I also switched the rigatoni for rotini pasta, what we had in the cupboard. :)

I used a little less sausage and added garlic, mushrooms, and peapods for additional flavor/vegetables.
