I made this with Italian turkey sausage and it was delicious! My husband said it tasted like something he would order at a restaurant. This is now part of our regular rotation!

I used 1 C. elbows, 2 lg sausage links, green pepper, roasted red peppers, and fresh mushrooms with the can of tomatoes. Also only used about 1/2 C mozarrella. I MADE IT AHEAD OF TIME AND WARMED IN THE OVEN. It was EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!

This was so good. It was super easy. Next time I will try ground sausage just to skip having to cut the sausage links. I think chicken pieces would work well too. I love that it has so few ingredients and ones that I would normally have on hand.

We call this "Pizza Pasta"! The last time I made it was with Four-cheese Italian Sausage and I take it out of the casing and cook like ground beef. Also, I only used green pepper and onion..but I have made it with the other peppers too. Anyway you do it, its wonderful!! :)

I Have made this several times, my whole family loves it and it's super easy to make. I use frozen peppers often and just throw them in without thawing. Turns out perfect!

I make this with cut up smoked sausage instead of the ground sausage and it is delicious!
