It tasted ok, but too much peppers. The colors of the peppers are fun to look at, but not fun to digest!

this is good. the sausages have to be cooked first (according to package directions) in order to be sliced. i put the peppers in at the end and only warmed them as we do not like the taste of cooked peppers.

This is great even as leftovers. And I think it almost tastes better as leftovers after all of the flovors mix and set in. To me it tastes like supreme pizza as leftovers and can be eaten warm or cold.

Easy, fast and delicious. I do not like Italian sausage as I can't stand the taste of fennel. I made the recipe with homemade venison and pork brautwurst flovored with chipolte. We like spicy food and the sausage added the right amount of kick to the dish.

Dish is delicious. I don't agree it belongs in the budget stretcher category. This season being winter, peppers are not that flavorful nor inexpensive. I made again and used jar of peppers (drained) great substitute.

It was just okay for me, I'm not a big Italian Sausage fan but my husband and dad loved it. I would prefer ground beef over sausage. Next time I will try that.

Great recipe - I grill the sausage and peppers first...and add a little red wine when it is simmering....
