I didn't follow the recipe down to the letter when it came to measurements and instead of the Bakers chocolate I used chocolate chips for the melted chocolate and mini ones for the topping instead of the curls. I also used strawberries instead of raspberries. I thought It was delicious and so did my family! And unlike those who were disappointed by the softness of the wafers, I enjoyed it.

Even though the final product turned out beautiful, standing the Nilla Wafers up was very tricky! Once chilled the wafers lost their crunch. I was not a big fan of this dessert.

Flavorful. Really needs to be served very cold to hold shape.

This recipe is GREAT! Super easy to throw together and a huge hit at my office's White Elephant Dessert party! It was so beautiful it became the gift to fight over! ~ Instead of raspberries, I used fresh cut and lightly sugared strawberries - it was amazing!

I made this tort at Thanksgiving. Took it to a friend's. It was a big hit. So easy to make. I am making one for Christmas

This was very good and oh so easy to make. But next time i think i will leave out the melted chocolate and just add extra cool whip to the pudding. I am a huge chocolate lover but to me the melted choc really didn't add anything to it and i really like pudding and cool whip anyhow. It really was a hit at Thanksgiving. And it looked so professional with the chocolate curls.

This was pretty tasty but it wasn't anything special. It tasted like really good chocolate pudding, not like mousse. I was also disappointed that the cookies softened when the dessert was chilled so they had no crunch left when served. The dessert was very pretty, I topped it with semi-sweet chocolate chips and small strawberries rather than curls and raspberries. It was beautiful but not very impressive otherwise.

I changed things up a little using white chocolate pudding mix and white chocolate baker's square to mix into the pudding mix. I still topped with semi-sweet chocolate curls. Tasted amazing!
