I tried this recipe last night. My family enjoyed it and I will definitely make it again. I did change the directions slightly. After browning the chicken, I added the broth, carrots and onion to simmer instead of removing the chicken and then cooking the vegetables. I was on a time crunch! I also blended the cream cheese and broth otherwise I struggle to have it blend properly. My other recommendation would be to have a slightly ticker sauce by adding a little flour.

I used precooked bacon to cut down on the ammount of fat. I had some fresh mushrooms and added some broccoli florets. At first I thought the sauce was goig to be to thin but I served it with orzo and it was really quite good!

My family loved this dish...despite my mistake! Instead of a cup of broth, I put a can...yeah, a little soupy, but the flavors were super! I will be trying this one again and adding only 1 cup, not the whole can of broth!

I don't really like cooked carrots, so I cut the amount in half & subbed in italian & gold zucchini. I also sauted fresh garlic and seasoned everything with some onion & garlic salt. To liven up the rice I added a bit of snipped chives & parsley (from my garden). It's a great recipe, and one that most people will enjoy subbing in those things that their family will eat & enjoy.

I made a few substitutions because I didn't have all the ingredients. I used a few slices of ham instead of the bacon, diced & cooked in pam, & I made meatballs out of ground turkey instead of using the chicken. The sauce was quite good, & my whole family enjoyed it.

I made this during a surprise visit from my in-laws. Everyone, including my 3-yr-old and 10 month old, loved it! I added some canned mushrooms at the end and will do that each time I make it, which will be often for sure.

Very good. The recipe needs a little tweeking. The chicken needs to be seasoned as suggested before. The amount of sauce needs to be doubled. I also added 1/2 cup of sour cream to the sauce to add some tangyness - very good! We will make this again!

Very good. Whole family enjoyed. Did feel that it needed something extra - will try adding some mushrooms next time.

Add salt, pepper and garlic when cooking the chicken. My family loved this recipe. Next time I would make more of the gravy though as that was everyones favorite part.
