I did not make this recipe but it seems OK except for the name??Sloppy TACOS, I don't think so. No tortilla??

The recipe was very good, but I did make some adjustments. I added half a packet of taco seasoning and used shredded mexican cheese instead of sliced american. It's a quick and easy meal that is sure to please even the pickiest eaters. Top with a generous amount of lettuce and some sour cream.

I've been making this recipe for several years now and refer to it Mexican Sloppy Joes. To it I add diced serrano peppers to taste along with cumin and other Latin spices. It's a super quick meal when you don't have a lot of time and all the ingredients are always on hand. However 8 servings are very skimpy. We get 6 servings and do have to finish them with a fork but if you don't have to finish your sandwich with a fork then somebody made it wrong.

GREAT for a week night when you don't have the time or energy to make a big meal. This makes enough for leftovers for me and my boyfriend. Also very cost-friendly!

I loved how quick and easy this dish was, my kids loved it even more. I served these with tacos and shredded cheese, it was a huge hit.
