The sauces are great and the meatballs perfect! I used a teaspoon to get regular size meatballs and only cooked them 10 minutes. I made over 60. Easy to freeze! If you like Parmesan add some, if you like ketchup, add some... Recipe is very versatile. Very budget friendly!!!

I made these today with spaghetti sauce for spaghetti and meatballs. They are delicious!!! The only change I made was to add a bit of dried garlic chips. They ARE flavorful and super good and easy!! Spaghetti is a staple at home so I'll be making this at least twice a month! I got like 38 meatballs with only 1 1/2 lbs of extra lean ground beef. I got half of it frozen for next week :D

Very easy to make and turned out wonderfully. I make sure I season the beef real well or get a sauce that is packed with flavor, or else it seems bland.

We made the meatballs, then froze them. The other night we used them with the basil cream sauce. The dinner was a complete hit. My granddaughter loved the sauce and everyone agreed it would be a recipe we would make again. Thinking about making the meatballs in smaller sizes and using them for appetizers with different sauces over the upcoming holidays. Ver good recipe and one that is budget conscious!

I made this for my haying crew and they loved it and asked me for the recipe. A sure sign of a winner! I made fresh red potatoes from the garden and brown gravy. S.Platt

Perfect- meatballs were super flavorful and moist. I broiled them for just a few minutes at the end to add a little more color to them. Definitely delicious and a winner no matter what sauce you serve it with. The possibilities are endless!

Very fast & easy! I made this using ground turkey & it turned out great. Only prob, it made less meatballs than expected, so I will make smaller than 1/4 cup.

I liked this recipe; the meatballs turned out great using the stuffing - they had a 'meatloaf' flavor. I really liked that it made enough for two meals, and that two sauce options were given. We tried both sauces and enjoyed each. I did add a little dill to the creamy brown gravy sauce and that worked out great. I will definitely make these and both sauces again!

Soooooooooo good! After reading everyone's reviews, I took their advice and added a bit of garlic, s&p, and some grated parm cheese. I also threw in a dash of italian seasoning. After they cooked, I let them simmer in my spaghetti sauce, INCREDIBLE!
