The meatballs themselves were ok...however, the two possible sauces to use is what I have a problem with...the one using the gravey was quite good, but, the one with the tomatoe sauce I did not like nor did anyone else I gave some too. I believe you need to rethink that one. I had to add olive oil, Italian seasonings, basil, and I always use Red Wine in my pasta sauces...I also added garlic...thanks for listening. My husband and two teenage boys loved this with the creamy tomato basil sauce. The extra set of meatballs froze great and I used them two weeks later making the same dish.

These meatballs are decent, but I didn't really like them in my creamy marinara sauce. I'm going to try them again in a brown gravy with egg noodles and see if that works better. With the stuffing, They just didn't taste right with italian food!!

Very simple to make and I thought that they were very flavorful and moist. Froze some for later use also. The sauce was also very good.

I don't know what some of you are talking about!! This recipe was wonderful! I used a tomato and basil spaghetti sauce and added in the cream cheese. I used lean ground beef and low sodium stove top stuffing. Packed with flavor and delicious!
