Even my picky husband LOVES this meal. He asks me to make it all the time. I dont put the tomatoes in it, and it is just as good.

These were very easy, very tasty, and very budget freindly. Usually I make baked potatoes as a side but these were delcious and filling all by themselves.

Maybe not the healthiest choice on a menu, but if I could eat this for breakfast I would! I made it just how it said to without any substitutions....it was a dream come true! I will make this as much as I can for sure!

This recipe was fast and easy..my youngest who does not like potatoes, agreed that this was pretty good, ate all of her dinner (except the peel). My other daughter wasn't crazy about it..She LOVES potatoes, so we will need to play with the dish a little bit. Quick and easy weeknight dinner!

I used Hot and Zesty sausage, and added extra tomatoes and onions. Not as healthy, but it's what I had in the freezer. My youngest, who won't eat baked potatoes had his filling wrapped in a tortilla. It was a great dinner for the entire family. Super quick. Super yummy!

Great recipe! For a healthy meal, I used lean ground turkey and 2% Velveeta cheese. I also mixed in some chopped lean turkey bacon.

These were quick, tasty and filling. Instead of tomatoes and onions, I added salsa to the meat mixture. My family loved them with a tossed salad for a quick dinner. Will definitely make again.
