What You Need

pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

eggs

2/3

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

2/3

cup water

1/2

cup oil

cup packed brown sugar

cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

tsp. powdered sugar

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

BEAT first 6 ingredients with mixer until blended. Add brown sugar and nuts; mix well.

POUR into 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 15 min. Loosen cake from sides of pan; invert onto wire rack. Remove pan; cool cake completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.

I have made this cake for years with chocolate chips, instead of the nuts and brown sugar, its everyone favorite, but this sounds even better.

I made this cake and everyone loved it. People asked for the recipe. It is so easy and so good. I will make it often; espcially in the Fall.

This recipe was easy too make, and very mosit. I deceided to make it again using a lemon cake mix, lemon pudding, and white sugar with a lemon glaze. Amazing, my kids loved it.

WOW! This cake was so easy to make and it turned out absolutely delicious. I used Betty Crocker (Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix and followed the recipe exactly. I will make this cake again next week for our senior coffee club, which I am hosting. Thank you, big time, Kraft Food People for this recipe! Joan
