This recipe is really good! I did add a bunch of things that I would normaly add to my pasta sauce. I also used cottage cheese instead of ricotta cheese. Very saucey and moist which we love. Done in 4 hrs in my slow cooker.
This recipe tastes fantastic and I (have made twice)will make it again. The only thing that keeps it from being a 5 star recipe in my opinion, is that the noodles get a bit too soft, maybe from being broken up to fit the crockpot.
Turned out too dry.
Have made this several times and each time it turns our great! Very easy to prepare - it's done in my slow cooker in about 4 hours! Substituted cottage cheese for the ricotta (prefer the cottage cheese flavor and texture in my lasagna). Also seasoned the ground beef with favorite spices.

This was a great idea. Lasagna in the crock pot. Easy yeah. Tasted bland. Definitely will be adding more spices next time.
Really easy, I added broccoli and asparagus to this and added one jar of water, cooked on high 4 hours and there was no burning. It was really delicious, everyone ate and ate and my grown kids asked for the recipe.
Loved it. It was my first time making lasagna in the slow cooker and it couldn't have been easier. It is a great basic recipe that I can add my own twist to next time. The family is already asking when we will have it again.
I made this for my brother's 18th birthday dinner. It was easy to prepare but when I came home to check on it after 5 hours it smelt horrible. The cheese was burnt and the ricotta cheese had a weird taste to it. I might try to make it again but cooking it less time.
I have made this recipe numerous times and absolutely LOVE it. I use half hamburger, half italian sausage and add mushrooms to the sauce mixture. I also add some crushed red pepper to spice it up a bit. I've recommended it to many friends who also love it!
