The easiest lasagna ever includes three kinds of cheese simmered with spaghetti sauce and ground beef. Just one more reason to love your slow cooker!

Very easy to make and I loved letting the slow cooker make it, I would make this again.
This meal was excellent. My husband loved it. It was very easy to make and tasted just as good as making it in the over.
This is excellent and very easy to make. add a salad and some bread and you have a wonderful meal.
This was very easy and very good. I was a little hesitant to put the water in, but it absorbed nicely in the slow cooker. It was not runny at all. The flavors were great....I think next time I will add a little onion and garlic when I brown the meat (I used ground turkey). It was delicious!
I did not add the cup of water, I used the liquid from a drained can of stewed Italian tomatoes instead, and added a few of the tomatoes as well. I used 2 cups cottage cheese instead of the Ricotta. I used 2 tsps dried parsley in place of the fresh. Next time I'll try adding salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the cottage cheese. -Lori in WI.
I made this on Thursday and it was an instant hit. I did however double the recipe and so it was more of a 'deep dish' lasagne. So yummy! The sauce I chose was Presidents Choice Blue Menu Tomato Pasta Sauce with Roasted Mushrooms/Garlic.
I love this lasagna! So easy and turned out so good! If you use a seasoned spag sauce you will not have any issues with it tasting bland.
Trying to make more meatless meals I turned this into spinach lasagna and it was amazing. Used 9 lasagna noodles instead of 6 which made more lasagna and made it less soupy. I added a box of frozen spinach (cooked and drained well) to the ricotta and egg. Layered that with noodles, sauce and cheese. I didn't mix the mozarella and parmesan with the ricotta, I layered it instead. Worked great. Top with a layer of mozzarella sprinkled with parmesan. Lasagna made this way was better than traditional lasagna. It was like it was cooked all the way through and you didn't taste clumpy cheese or the heavy tomato taste of the sauce. I cooked it on low 4 hours and it was actually too long. It was beginning to burn on the bottom and around the edges. In my slow cooker I would probably cook for 3 - 3 1/2 hours.
The best & easiest lasagna I've ever had! I make it all the time now. :)
This is a fast, easy, tasty version of a great classic meal. My family loves it! I'd recommend cooking it closer to 4 hours instead of 6 since the noodles get a little too soft the longer it cooks. Other than that, it's perfect!
