entire family of picky eaters loved this! the only downfall is if you cook for the entire 6hrs the noodles turn to disgusting mush... cooked for 4 1/2 the last time on low and it was perfect! Will continue to make many times! it pleases a picky 1st grader and picky husband:)

This recipe was very good. Instead of adding water I added extra spaghetti sauce, so I didn't have any issues with this being bland. Easy to put together, convenient to use the slow cooker. Husband and 7 year old both loved it. I would definitely make again.

This is the ONLY way to make Lasagna! I have made it several times and every time it is a winner. I will continue to use this recipe for Lasagna from now on. No hot oven in the summer!!

This lasagna was simple and convenient to prepare. I liked that you could use regular lasagna noodles without having to pre-boil them. The noodles do get extremely tender cooking for so many hours, but they didn't fall apart. I would recommend adding some seasoning, especially salt, to the beef while it's cooking for more flavor. I substituted pureed low-fat cottage cheese for the ricotta, regular shredded mozzarella for the 2%, and basil for the parsley and it turned out fine.

It was great the first time I made it! I have varied a few different things, used more sauce, cheeses and meats and still came out great! nice to have on a busy day.
